Shipping - We send all our parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class. Everything is made to order please see dispatch time for items below,
T-Shirts / Cards / Hats / Rucksacks / Glasses - 3-5 Working days
Lounge sets & Pyjamas - 5-7 Working days
Squelch Products and non-personalised items - Within 2 Working days
We do however try our hardest to get your order to you much quicker.
We charge £2.99 delivery on UK orders any UK order £35 and over is Free Shipping.
Returns - All items that are made to order or customised to your exact requirements we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty and we are made aware within 28 days of purchase. If you are unsure about sizing please read our size guide at the bottom of our page.
Foy any item that is non-personalised can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount of the products at their purchase price excluding all delivery costs. ( must be returned unused as originally dispatched) The refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to refund different cards. Unfortunately we also cannot accept responsibility and/or reimburse for any lost or damaged returned items.
